Dear Cross Country Parent
Cross-country is a sport that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and a good work ethic. Students who participate are expected to meet these high ideals and become positive leaders and role models for others to follow. Boys and girls, 7th and 8th grade compete separately in all of the meets. 7th grade athletes will compete in a 1.5 mile race and 8th grade athletes will compete in a 2 mile race.
